Updates
The latest updates to our quotation and cover
system were rolled out on Friday 1st August. The changes were made
in response to broker feedback and as a result you are now
able to:
§
Edit the details/sums insured of quotes awaiting
underwriters approval
§
Edit the details/sums insured of quotes that
have already been approved by
underwriters
§
Add additional material facts to current quotes
(including referred or approved
quotes)
§
Add comments to current quotes (including
referred or approved quotes) to advise us of any additional
information, target premiums, renewal dates, claims details
etc
More features will be added later this year
including online renewals and mid term
adjustments.

We are pleased to announce the appointment
of a new Underwriting Technician in our Birmingham
office.
Sam Blore joined us on 14th
July 2008 from Zurich Commercial to manage our frontline
underwriting.
With over 9 years underwriting experience
we are sure Sam will be a valuable addition to the

Flood
Update
The
ABI and the Government have reached an agreement that
ensures flood insurance remains widely available now and in
the long term.
