Smoking Shelters
facilitâs can provide cover for your client’s smoking shelters.
To
obtain a quotation including cover for a smoking shelter please select ‘Yes’ to
material facts and provide the construction and value of the smoking shelter.
Please ensure you include the value of the smoking shelter within your total
buildings sum insured, or within tenant’s improvements if there is no buildings
cover.
Seasonal Increase
Under our Retail, Leisure and Hair & Beauty policies the sum insured in respect
of Stock is increased by 25% for the months of November and December (and for a
period of 30 days preceding Easter).
