Cooking Fume Extraction
Any business that involves cooking on the premises will attract the Cooking Fume Extraction
condition.
It is important that your clients
understand that the whole of the extraction system must be professionally
cleaned along its entire
length
annually.
This condition is quite distinct from the Deep Fat Frying condition, which
states that Deep Fat Frying equipment must be serviced annually by a qualified
service engineer.

Quotations
When entering the proposer’s name please do not use salutations (Mr/Mrs etc) but
please do ensure that you use the full first names rather than just initials, as
this is a requirement for the Schedule, which forms part of the legal document.
